5-week virtual series understanding racism & bias in a professional setting. Learn tools for safe and effective communication, language, and terminology for cultural humility and gender-affirming healthcare. We will take a deeper dive into understanding personal and professional bias and offer learning methods to heal, cope and manage strategies as they relate to racism or Race-Based Trauma (RBT). Learn new toolkits to embody accountability and decolonize relationships with somatics practices.
