Important to Know

  • You can access the application portal from March 15 to April 30
    • Note: attempts to access this link before March 15 will result in an error.
  • If you were an applicant for the industry displays in 2020, you can use your previously created login credentials. • All incomplete applications will be automatically removed and excluded from consideration.

Before You Apply

  • You may submit a research study only once and only one abstract per study. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the data from a single study) that are submitted under a different title or author will not be considered.
    • If the same research study is submitted more than once, then all versions of the abstracts will be subject for automatic rejection. To avoid more than one submission of the same works with different abstracts, please confirm all authors agree on only one abstract submission.
  • Encore presentations are welcome but must not be published before January 1, 2021.
  • All displays must be educational, not promotional. No exceptions.
  • Sales representatives of commercial firms and/or representatives of agencies hired or employed by a firm providing financial support to a poster are not permitted to represent the display at any time. No exceptions.
    • Failure to comply will have an adverse effect on future display opportunities.

    • Value to the family physician for patient care
