Dr. Mirabelli graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York; earned his medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla; and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he served as chief resident. He completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship through Cleveland Clinic Sports Health in Ohio, where he was a team physician for the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Cleveland Indians. In addition, he treated collegiate athletes at Cleveland State University and John Carroll University, as well as athletes at several high schools. Dr. Mirabelli lectures regularly on sports medicine and has written several journal articles and textbook chapters focusing on men's health, sports medicine, and office-based musculoskeletal procedures. He also maintains a small primary care practice at Highland Family Medicine, Rochester, New York, in addition to managing the entire spectrum of musculoskeletal problems in his practice at University Orthopaedics Associates in Rochester.
