Jerry Montie, MD

Dr. Montie earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his family medicine residency at Valley Medical Center in Renton, Washington. He works in an urban federally qualified health center (FQHC) that has a large population of Spanish-speaking patients and patients who are Ethiopian immigrants. He teaches and practices the breadth of family medicine, including hospital work and obstetrics (OB). Dr. Montie has performed and taught OB ultrasound for more than 25 years. More recently, he has taught point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) exams and leads the POCUS curriculum for his residency program.
