Clinical Procedures Workshops

Sideline Management Assessment Response Techniques (SMART)

SMART is a HANDS-ON workshop that will give participants the chance to practice the skills needed to care for the injured athlete, whether the injury is suspected C Spine injury, Concussion, a Shoulder Dislocation or an ACL Tear. This workshop also provides a framework to foster a more collaborative relationship between athletic trainer and team physician and is an ideal forum to practice your physical examination skills on athletes in full uniform with direct faculty observation.
