What you need to know to prepare your application

Failure to comply with the following guidelines will impact eligibility for future events:

  • An abstract may only be submitted once. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the same data) that are submitted under a different title or author will not be considered. If the same abstract is submitted more than once, then all versions of the abstracts will be subject for automatic rejection. In order to avoid more than one submission of the same abstract, please confirm all authors agree on only one abstract submission.
  • Encore presentations are welcome but must not be older than October 13, 2019.
  • All displays must be educational, not promotional. No exceptions will be granted.
  • Sales representatives of commercial firms and/or representatives of agencies hired, or employed by a firm providing financial support to a poster are not permitted to staff the display at any time. There will be no exceptions.
  • Displays will be located on the FMX Exhibit Hall Floor. All displays will be accessible during all exhibit hall floor hours Wednesday, October 14 – Friday, October 16. There will be designated times each day for presenters to stand with their displays and interact with conference attendees. You are expected to have your poster available for the entirety of the event – you are not permitted to remove your poster before the close of the event.
  • Failure to comply will impact eligibility for future events.
