Why Sponsor a Solution Session

Reach family physicians and share your latest products during a private, 45-minute session. Solution Sessions are offered during unopposed CME session times. (Must be an FMX exhibitor to sponsor.)

As a sponsor, you’ll receive:

  1. Direct access to a captive audience of family physicians and health care professionals
  2. Event exposure via the FMX online session catalog, webpage, mobile app, FMX Program and Exhibitor Guide, and link to the Solution Session schedule in The Xchange attendee email
  3. On-site schedule signage at the Solution Session, outside The Xchange, in your booth, and in the Doctors Bag
  4. Branded logo on earbuds for attendees to utilize during the session and take with them afterwards
  5. Pre-announcements prior to the event
  6. Access to the pre-attendee FMX mailing list, allowing you to reach out directly and drive traffic to your session
  7. One lead retrieval device to scan badges as well as a post-session attendee lead report, so you can follow-up after the conference
  8. Basic A/V provided by the AAFP
  9. Food and beverage provided by the AAFP

Host a 15-minute educational session and drive attendees to your booth for follow-up Q&A. Developed to raise awareness on trending industry topics, these sessions have been a consistent favorite with attendees since 2021. (Must be an FMX exhibitor to sponsor.)

As a sponsor, you’ll receive:

  1. Access to an exclusive Med Talk theater on The Xchange floor

  2. Event exposure via the FMX online session catalog, webpage, mobile app, FMX Program and Exhibitor Guide, link to the Med Talk schedule in The Xchange attendee email, and on-site signage at the Med Talk, outside The Xchange, and in your booth

  3. Access to the pre-attendee FMX mailing list, allowing you to reach out directly and drive traffic to your session

  4. One lead retrieval device to scan badges as well as a post-event attendee lead report, so you can follow up after the conference
