Booth Assignment Process


Booth space for FMX is assigned in priority point order first and then on a first-come, first-served basis. The AAFP will assign your booth based on the preferences you submit on your agreement. If your preferences are no longer available, the AAFP will assign you a location as close as possible to one of your requested locations.

Please note that we are aware of companies trying to solicit rooms and attendee registration list via phone calls and email. AAFP will not call you regarding hotel rooms and the official block can only be accessed on our conference website. The AAFP will be sending the attendee pre-registration mailing list in July. Any company trying to sell you a list of attendees is not affiliated with the AAFP and should be ignored.
