Exhibitor Appointed Contractors 

All exhibiting companies using an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), must notify the AAFP through the Exhibitor Login with the EAC company name, contact name, and cell phone by August 1, 2022. All hired EACs must also submit a valid certificate of insurance (CO) to the AAFP by August 1, 2022. View Insurance Requirements for additional details.

Certificate of Insurance

A valid certificate of insurance must include:

  1. Coverage throughout the AAFP installation, show, and dismantle dates.
  2. $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence; S2,000,000 Aggregate.
  3. AAFP listed as an additional insured.

EAC information

  1. Enter the EAC contractor names in the exhibit system through your company's Exhibitor Login by August 1, 2022.
  2. EAC must send a valid certificate of insurance to Kristy Sloan at ksloan@aafp.org by August 1, 2022.

Due to security requirements and access to the exposition hall, this deadline will not be extended. If you haven't entered your EAC names and submitted your valid certificate of insurance by August 1, 2022 you must use the AAFP official contractors.
