Exhibit Badge Registration

Step 1: Exhibitor Badge Registration
FMX exhibitors may register up to four (4) booth personnel free of charge for each virtual booth. Requests for more than four (4) per booth require AAFP approval. Additional badges over the allotted amount are $955 and will be invoiced to the exhibiting organization after the FMX.

Step 2: Exhibitor Login
Within your Exhibitor Login, you'll be able to: 

  • Pay your booth fee, view invoice, print payment receipts
  • Add/edit virtual promotion content  - online booth description, product categories, URL, logo, social media channels, and new to show (if applicable). These will transfer to the virtual platform, and appear online in the alpha exhibit list. The content to appear in the Virtual Official Program & Exhibit Guide needs to be entered by August 30. Note: AAFP reserves the right to review and edit all exhibit content.


Step 3: Virtual Booth—Exhibit Setup Instructions
The FMX Planning Team has selected a new virtual platform this year that will create a better and more user-friendly experience for our exhibiting partners and attendees to connect and engage. Watch your email for instructions in August.
