Booth Assignment Process

Booth space for FMX is assigned in priority point order first and then on a first-come, first-served basis. The priority point deadline is 5 p.m. CT, February 14, 2022. The AAFP will assign your booth based on the preferences you submit on your agreement. If your preferences are no longer available, the AAFP will assign you a location as close as possible to one of your requested locations.
