Booth Pricing
Just like our in-person event, the investment in FMX Virtual remains the same as it was for the smallest booth size (10x10) in the live environment.

  • $3,100 (corporate)
  • $2,000 (nonprofit)

Your virtual booth investment includes:

  • Booth promotion, including dedicated marketing efforts to drive traffic to the virtual exhibit hall
  • Four virtual exhibit badges
  • Inclusion in the FMX Virtual event guide

Exhibit Details | Instructions
Signed exhibitors should cancel all airline tickets and vendor booth orders requested for the live event. If you made a hotel reservation through Experient, no further action is required. A cancellation notification was sent to the email address on file. Please email Experient with questions.

Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
By moving FMX from an in-person event to a virtual experience, we’ve extended final payments. Watch for your adjusted invoice in August. Please allow 45 days for refunds (as applicable) to be processed. All cancellations for signed exhibitors and sponsors must be received in writing by July 31 to avoid a cancellation penalty.
