When and where is the 2021 AAFP FMX?

  • Wednesday, September 29 | 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 4:45 – 7:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 30 | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Friday, October 1 | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

How do I reserve a booth?

How much does a booth cost?

Can I share a booth with another company?

Two or more firms may not exhibit in the same single space.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations must be received in writing and addressed to Kristy Sloan, Exhibit Manager.

  • Before July 1, 2021 – Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
  • On or After July 1, 2021 – Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.

How do I input my company information for attendee promotion? 

Once your booth has been assigned, your Exhibitor Agreement contact will receive an email with the Exhibitor Login and password with instructions for submitting your booth promotion information. Content for the virtual Official Program & Exhibit Guide is due August 30. Booth descriptions should be factual for promotion purposes. Note: AAFP reserves the right to review and edit all exhibit content.

Can I offer education or distribute CME in my booth? 

Companies may provide formal in-booth education within their assigned exhibit space.

In-booth education is not eligible for CME credit. Companies providing in-booth education must display this statement in their virtual booth: This educational session does not qualify for CME credit.

Companies choosing to provide in-booth education must inform Kristy Sloan in writing no later than August 5, 2021.

An exhibitor cannot distribute CME materials unless the exhibitor is the CME provider (in accordance with 4.5 ACCME standards) and then only from their assigned booth space.

Can I have a celebrity in my booth?

Yes, however exhibitors using celebrities for in-booth promotions must request permission in writing from Kristy Sloan before August 5, 2021. Your request should include the celebrity’s name and the dates and times he/she will appear in your booth.

Do you have a press room?

Contact the AAFP Public Relations Department for all press/media requests at (800) 274-2237, ext. 6051.

Do you offer lead management?

Lead management will be available through the AAFP FMX virtual platform. The attendee virtual badge contains the attendee name and mailing address. The AAFP privacy policy does not permit the inclusion of phone numbers. An email address may be included at the discretion of the attendee but is not guaranteed.

How do I order badges? 

Exhibitor Badge Registration will open June 1, 2021. Instructions will be sent to exhibitors in June.
