Conference Requirements
Request an Invitation
To request a letter of invitation from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), please email the AAFP Member Resource Center with the following information:
- Full name
- Designation
- Place of employment
- Status (student, resident, faculty, practicing physician)
- Email address
- Name of AAFP event you want to attend
Visa Information
You must apply for a visa to attend FMX. Visit the US State Department’s Visitor Visa website to get started.

- Stay up to date—Locate your closest US embassy or consulate for the fastest and most accurate information.
