Product Theaters

This one-of-a-kind opportunity offers the chance to interact directly with family physicians, residents, and health care professionals. Product Theaters are held in The Xchange during dedicated expo hours and run concurrently. Choose from 45- or 60-minute sessions that provide supporters with a high-value live marketing opportunity to reach motivated professionals in a private session.

  • Listing of your Product Theater presentation to attendees through:

  • A 45- or 60-minute presentation theater set in a classroom style (A/V provided by the AAFP)
  • Attendee meals provided by the AAFP
  • Two lead retrieval devices and AAFP staff to scan badges, plus post-theater attendee lead report so you can follow up after the conference

Med Talks

Offer an inspiring learning experience in a time-condensed format without the commitment of a full-length Product Theater. Med Talks are 15-minute educational sessions that raise awareness on trending industry topics. Introduced in 2021, Med Talks were an all-around hit with attendees.

  • Face-to-face networking access to FMX attendees at The Xchange through a 15-minute presentation, intended to be a traffic driver to your exhibit booth
  • Sessions are standing-room-only education for attendees 
  • Gain wide conference exposure via the FMX website, mobile app, program guide and onsite signage
  • FMX pre-registration attendee mailing list included 
  • One lead retrieval device provided during the session for sponsor staff to scan attendee badges during the session, plus post-event attendee lead report so you can follow up after the conference

In order to sponsor a Product Theater or Med Talk, the sponsor organization must be an FMX exhibitor. 

All promotional materials must receive AAFP approval prior to distribution or posting.
