The CME provider or activity organizer is responsible for paying the sponsorship fee and the CME accreditation fee when completing the online application.
Please note: The cost/fees for hotel meeting space, food and beverage, faculty, marketing opportunities, AV, travel, etc., are the CME provider's or activity organizer's responsibility.
When submitting the application to hold a satellite event, 100% of the sponsorship fee must accompany the application. Approval of event will not be granted without payment.
Note: AAFP CME accreditation, mailing lists, or other promotional services may not be obtained until the fee has been paid in full.
