Family Physician Health and Well-being Conference | 2019

Welcome to well-being. Rejuvenate during a three-and-a-half-day onsite experience, while creating an action plan to help reduce risk or actual causes of physician burnout. A component of the AAFP’s Physician Health First initiative, this one-of-a-kind conference is purposefully designed to address the unique challenges family physicians face.

  • Assess your individual current state of well-being
  • Identify the five ecosystems of health care that impact career satisfaction and physician well-being
  • Determine personal areas of need to address chronic stressors within practice
  • Develop a personal action plan to improve, promote, and/or maintain a positive state of well-being
  • Provide leadership in the planning and implementation of well-being efforts at the group or organization levels.

Approved for up to 18 AAFP Prescribed credits.
