Full payment is due June 1, 2026.
You have two options to pay:
1. Through Exhibitor Login.
2. By check (make payable to AAFP) and send to:

The AAFP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All past due balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application for 2026.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your exhibit space may be released and any partial payment will be retained by the AAFP.

To maintain show integrity, dismantling or packing of materials may not begin until 12 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1. Exhibitors are expected to make their airline reservations in accordance with this regulation.
