Prices and Payment

10' x 10' Booth - $1,650

Note: No more than two residency programs may share one 10' x 10' booth.

June 1 - Full payment is due.

If full payment is not received by June 1, your space may be re-assigned and any partial payment retained by the AAFP.

Outstanding invoices due to the AAFP, as a result of previous transactions, must be paid in full before exhibit space will be assigned.


Cancellation Policy

  • Exhibit space that has been assigned and confirmed can be canceled by written notice to Jill Vetter, AAFP Sales Manager, Strategic Programs and Events. If notice of cancellation is received:
  • Before June 1: Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
  • On or after June 1: Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost for exhibit space assigned
