2018 Booth Assignment Details

Large Block Assignments (five or more booths)

Definition: A large block is five or more residency programs or companies wanting to be assigned and located together in the Expo Hall whether next to or across the aisle from one and other.

  1. An email will be sent to 2017 block managers and Chapter Executives on January 10 with the link to the hard copy Exhibitor Agreement. If you don't receive this email by end of day January 10, please contact Julia Ozark.
  2. Return all completed Exhibitor Agreements with your booth preferences together on February 1 at 12:00 p.m. (CST) first-come, first-served by email or fax.
  3. Booth confirmations will be sent by the end of February.

Open Booth Assignments

  1. Submit your online Exhibitor Agreement (available February 19, 2018) for those requesting 4 or fewer booths on February 19 at 12:00 p.m. (CST) first-come, first-served.
  2. Booth confirmations will be sent by end of February.

2018 Booth Pricing

  • $1,350 per 10 x 10 booth.

Payments and Deposits

  • Before March 30: 50% deposit due.
  • On or after March 30: Full payment is due.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit space that has been assigned and confirmed can be canceled by written notice to AAFP Exhibits.

  • Before March 30: Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
  • On or after March 30: Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost for exhibit space assigned.
