Post Event Exhibit Checklist

Registration Numbers

Here are the updated virtual event registration numbers as of Saturday, August 1. Final numbers will be available by August 10.

  • 2,293 - Medical Students
  • 1,402 - Residents

Post-Registrant Mailing File

Due to the virtual platform issues we experienced Thursday evening, all exhibitors will receive the post-registrant mailing file complimentary. This will be sent by August 12 from 'ZendTo ksloan' to all primary exhibit contacts.

The file will include all students and residents who haven't opted out of receiving exhibit mailings. Note: This file is the property of the AAFP and may not be shared. It is for one-time use only and must be discarded after your mailing is sent.

Virtual Booth - Post Show Access/Reports

The virtual platform will remain open for 30 days post event so you may still capture business cards/reports.

A post exhibit survey will be sent to all primary exhibit contacts. Please take 5-10 minutes to complete this survey as your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the NC Planning Team for future conference planning.
