RESIDENTS STAFFING PROGRAM BOOTHS
Are you a resident staffing your program's booth? You can participate in all the educational programming, including Main Stage sessions and workshops! And to make it even easier for you to get the most from National Conference, many sessions are scheduled around Expo Hall hours. For example, resident exhibitors can take full advantage of Thursday’s lineup before the Expo Hall opens.

Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration. Pay by check (payable to the AAFP) or charge your registration to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Eligibility
Only AAFP members are eligible to attend National Conference.
- The bylaws adopted by the 2018 Congress of Delegates now allow students from international medical schools to join the AAFP as student members. Previously these individuals were classified as international members.
- Nonmember students and residents who qualify to join the AAFP can apply to become members. Once membership has been approved, you can register online for National Conference. Membership applications must be received and approved by July 1 to be eligible for a discounted registration fee.
- Individuals who completed medical school in 2020, 2021, or 2022 but have not matched into a residency program may join the AAFP as a transitional member for $125. (Some chapters may also assess dues.) Once membership is approved, you can register online for National Conference.
Please note: Individuals who completed medical school in 2019 or earlier and have not matched into a residency are not eligible for AAFP membership.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
AAFP must receive notice of cancellation by July 7, 2022. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.
If a program is canceled by the AAFP, every effort will be made to notify registrants as least 30 days prior to the first day of the course, and registration fees will be refunded.
