To take advantage of the convention rates, make your reservation by June 24, 2019. After this date, blocks will be released and rates are at the discretion of the hotels.
All rates are per room, per night and are subject to a 16.85% tax (subject to change), and a city development tax of $1.75 per day.
When making reservations, special requests cannot be guaranteed; however hotels will do their best to honor requests upon check-in.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid through August 2019 or a check deposit. If
you are guaranteeing by check, $110 per reservation is required; this includes a $10 nonrefundable processing fee per reservation. Checks must be received by June 7, 2019.
VisitKC - Passkey will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review to make sure all information is accurate and bring it with you at check-in. You will not receive a separate confirmation from the hotel.
Email and fax acknowledgements will be sent within 24 hours of your reservation being processed. Mailed acknowledgements will be sent within 5-7 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement, please contact VisitKC - Passkey Housing office at email@example.com.
Note: The acknowledgement is only sent to the primary name on your housing form or reservation. Please share this with anyone who may be sharing rooms.
You may change or cancel your reservation through July 1, 2019, without penalty. From July 2 through July 8, 2019, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. Beginning July 9, 2019 to the arrival date, cancellations will be charged per the hotel’s cancellation policy.
