ePoster Submissions 

Poster submissions should focus on well-being promotion (for clinicians or more broadly); leadership; or diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. All submissions should include the following information: poster title, author(s), contact information, short abstract (between 200-1500 words), and IRB letter, if applicable. 

Poster categories include original research; educational program; systems improvement project; community service project; case presentation; and evidence-based review in the areas of well-being; leadership; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Submission of applications is now closed.

ePoster authors must be registered as attendees for the conference by April 6, 2024. Those who are not registered by this date will not be allowed to participate.

Original Research, Educational Program, or Community Service Project

Submissions should include the following details of the project, including why it did or did not work:

  • Background
  • Hypothesis/program or project objectives
  • Research design/program or project description
  • Results/evaluation
  • Conclusion(s)
  • Future plans
  • References

Evidence-based Review

Submissions should include a review of current evidence-based recommendations for well-being; leadership; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging topics:

  • Evidence summary
  • Recommendations from others

Poster Logistics: 

  • Size — 36 inches by 48 inches maximum (portrait or landscape) uploaded as a PDF.
  • Posters will be displayed on TV monitors.
  • Up to 10 posters will be selected for print that will be displayed. 
  • Submissions are due by March 15, 2024. 
  • Applicants will be notified of acceptance by March 29, 2024.
  • Conference timing — Posters will be displayed during core conference hours. Please note that authors must be present at the Welcome Reception being held on the evening of May 6, 2024, for a question-and-answer session.
  • Two poster presentations will each receive $250.
