At the end of this activity, you will be able to:
- Assess your individual current state of well-being
- Identify the five ecosystems of health care that impact career satisfaction and physician well-being
- Determine personal areas of need to address chronic stressors within practice
- Develop a personal action plan to improve, promote, and/or maintain a positive state of well-being
- Provide leadership in the planning and implementation of well-being efforts at the group or organization levels.
Registration includes online access to the syllabus and other on-site resources one week before the conference. A hard copy of the syllabus may be purchased for $79.95 when registering for the conference. A limited number of syllabuses will be available for purchase on site.
This Live activity, Physician Health and Well-being Conference, with a beginning date of April 15, 2020, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 18 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The AAFP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
