This study is a pilot test of a Web-based electronic system designed to calculate the actual costs that practices incur when providing different types of immunizations. The purpose of this project is to determine the feasibility for using this electronic system for tracking immunization data and to gather information regarding the barriers that practices encounter while using the system. This research project is being conducted by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) National Research Network (NRN) and the State Chapters of the AAFP.
