All subscriptions, including site licenses, are for a stated number of issues (24 for AFP, 6 for FPM) and start with the next available issue after receipt of payment.
Once payment is received, subscriber gets immediate online access to all of the previous year’s restricted content. When a subscription expires or is terminated, access becomes limited to only those issues (older than 13 months) that are available to the general public.
GUARANTEE: If a subscription is terminated prior to expire, a refund will be made for all unfulfilled issues upon request. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund.
Interlibrary Loan - Licensee may supply single copies of articles from American Family Physician and FPM to authorized users of another library by post, facsimile, or digital transmission to fulfill requests for Interlibrary Loan ("ILL"), provided such use is in accordance with applicable copyright law and Licensee's ILL procedures.
Subscription will start with next available issue at time of payment. Back-starts for print copies and "grace period" online access for online subscribers will no longer be available. (Prior issues are still available for purchase.)
Provide order details at the same time as payment, as payment must be processed at same time as order.
Refund checks will be issued for cancelled subscriptions; credits are no longer available.
Subscriptions must be prepaid in full before being activated.
Subscriptions begin with the next available issue after receipt of payment. Requests to back-start a subscription will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; approval is not assured.
