Description
We offer this fellowship to motivated physicians who are seeking further clinical exposure as hospitalists in a bustling tertiary care setting, tending to acutely ill patients with diverse presentations and pathologies. Our goal is to graduate well rounded hospitalists who can manage common illnesses seen on the wards exceptionally well. Fellows will receive mentorship and feedback at regular intervals, as well as opportunities to refine their clinical practice, making the transition from residency to faculty effortless. For the latter half of the year, fellows function as attendings and supervise APPs. There are opportunities for QI, med ed projects, teaching, ultrasound, procedures, and research.
