    Program Description

Piedmont Columbus Regional FM Residency (formerly the Medical Center) is the largest and oldest FM program in Georgia. As a stand-alone program in a regional tertiary care Level II trauma center, our residents care for a high-volume, high-acuity population preparing our graduates for a diversity of professional options at graduation. We have a 100% success rate in placing graduates in a variety of fellowships. Additionally, our graduates have chosen hospitalist and emergency medicine pathways after training. We have a joint sports medicine fellowship with VCOM Auburn, a cancer center, and new children's hospital on-campus. We offer some of best benefits in the industry. The quality of life in GA's 2nd largest city is outstanding! Check out our online info and apply to see what makes us different. We invest in people and approach training with a servant leadership mentality to help make our residents successful and improve our patients' lives. We're proud to be a part of Piedmont, GA's largest non-profit, 23-hospital system.
