Program Description

Boston Medical Center, together with four local CHC’s offer outstanding clinical training for Family Medicine Residents. BUMC is committed to providing exceptional care to Boston’s most vulnerable populations, regardless of ability to pay. With over 60 FM faculty, including 16 providing OB care who supervise all resident deliveries, we give residents a chance to work with leaders in many areas, including Sports Medicine, International Health, Maternal Child Health, Complementary Alternative Medicine and Community Oriented Primary Care. Several rotations at the VA hospital located in Bedford, MA provide residents with in-depth experiences in Behavioral Health, Geriatrics, and Integrated Primary Care.
