    Program Description

    We are an 11-11-11 program with a passion for service at a community hospital growing its academic footprint. We are situated in the heart of the Florida Panhandle, in a bustling capital city with the government sector and multiple universities, yet surrounded by over a hundred miles of rural land in all directions. This provides great learning opportunities across demographics and pathologies and in multiple learning environments both urban and rural. TMH offers broad and strong training in both hospital medicine and the primary care clinic across all demographics, emphasizing care of marginalized populations and advancing important curricular opportunities in Family Medicine such as POCUS, addiction medicine, palliative medicine, and more.
