Program Description
The Drexel University College of Medicine Family Medicine Program provides an excellent, diverse experience for your training. Our outpatient office in vibrant Manayunk provides the home base for your residency. Pediatrics training includes time on the inpatient service, in the outpatient offices, and in the emergency department of world-renowned St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. A Sports Medicine Fellowship allows for varied experiences in sideline coverage of sports and coverage of mass participation events such as the Keystone State Games and Pennsylvania Senior Games. A Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship allows for varied experiences in long term care and home health care. Faculty expertise is varied and includes Geriatrics, Sports Medicine, and Integrative Medicine. Faculty and residents work side-by-side in the office and provide excellent patient care in a fun, educational environment.
