The Program Director is board certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, sleep medicine and preventive medicine. We offer a geriatric rotation at a state qualified nursing home. The program also offers off-site electives available in Sports Medicine in addition to a Sports Medicine Fellowship. With Meharry Medical College's mission of serving the underserved community and impacting health disparities with our research initiatives this is the place to be if you are interested in the poor and underserved segments of your communities.
