Program Description

Community Health of South Fl., Inc. is a federally qualified health center and as such we offer Loan Forgiveness Program to our residents. We serve the underserved in our community and provide several community events during the year for our population such as Back to School event, Women's Health, Men's Health and other events for community involvement as well as providing quality residency training to our residents. Our Faculty and Staff make a commitment to our residents to provide quality education so you may be achieve to become a Family Medicine Physician to be able to provide the best care to your patients.
