The Aurora Lakeland Rural Training Track Family Medicine Residency is a 1-2 format program. Some PGY1 rotations are in Milwaukee with Aurora's Family Medicine Residency Program rotating at Aurora St. Luke's, Aurora Sinai, and Children's Hospitals. PGY2/3 are spent at Aurora locations in the Lakeland area of southern Wisconsin. Residents' continuity clinic is located at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center all 3 years, caring for an underserved community, with particularly strong experiences in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health.
