Description
We are an outpatient based, leadership focused residency that is willing to tailor your education to your interests. Our faculty have established well-reasoned curricula designed to assess an individual’s base knowledge, identify learning needs, and tailor an approach to this individual’s need. Our faculty ensure a safe learning environment encouraging the learner to become engaged in the educational process and foster self-assessment by providing specific goals and objectives. Learning within this model is interactive, helping our students and trainees develop knowledge built upon their experiences. Residents will a solid foundation in the principles of Family Medicine fundamental to understanding and managing clinical disorders. This is intended to provide the base for career development in academic medicine and clinical practice.
