    Program Description

    The Lawndale Christian Family Medicine Residency (Lawndale FMR) is a community-based Teaching Health Center program located at Lawndale Christian Health Center in Chicago, IL. We accept 8 residents per year. Our vision is to improve the health of our patients and community, and other communities like ours, through the training and provision of quality, mission-driven family medicine. Our program encourages family physicians to care for the marginalized with the love of Jesus and equips them with a skill set to pursue health equity for all communities.
