Students or residents who wish to apply for this award must complete an online application that includes three text boxes to address:
Each text box allows for 1000 characters (approximately 150 words). You are encouraged to give considerable thought to the essay questions and draft your answers in a separate document prior to beginning your application. If applicable, you may also complete an optional essay to briefly describe how you identify as someone underrepresented in medicine (500-character limit).
To apply for the student scholarship, you must be a MS4 student during the 2023-24 academic year. You are not eligible if you will graduate before July 1, 2023. To apply for the resident scholarship, you must be a resident during the 2023-24 academic year.
