How will the MBI help me?

The insights you gain based on your MBI results will hopefully provide an understanding of your risk of burnout and help you determine strategies that support your well-being.

How will I receive my MBI results?

Immediately after you complete your MBI assessment, you will receive an email from Mind Garden indicating that your results are ready for review. You may access your results at https://transform.mindgarden.com/participant/reports(transform.mindgarden.com).

Will the AAFP share my MBI results?

Your privacy is important to us. Your MBI results will remain confidential in accordance with the AAFP’s Privacy Policy

How will participation in the MBI affect my AAFP membership?

Participation in the MBI assessment is completely voluntary, and will not in any way affect your AAFP membership. Free access to the MBI assessment is available as a member benefit in hopes that the results will help you determine strategies that will improve your well-being. AAFP members may take the MBI free of charge up to five times to assess their programs.

What happens with my information if I start the MBI inventory and then choose not to complete it?

If you decide to start the MBI assessment and choose not to complete it, the answers you provided will be retained by Mind Garden(www.mindgarden.com). The information you provide will be saved and available if you choose to complete the assessment in the future.
