A completely redesigned AAFP.org launching in May will make it easier to access the resources you need for your particular role and career stage in family medicine.
The new site will be fully ready for you on Monday, May 18, following a weekend rollout. Take a moment to sign in as soon as you start exploring so you get the full experience, including a focus on the tools and information that are most relevant to you, whether you’re a seasoned family physician, a resident or a medical student.
The new site reflects extensive member feedback and more than a year of work to ensure that whether you’re on a mobile device or computer, you always have easy access to clinical, practice and educational resources; specialty updates; development opportunities; and a community of fellow family physicians.
From the moment you log in, the new AAFP.org is designed to deliver streamlined, customized content aligned with your unique needs, goals and career path.
The redesigned AAFP.org introduces enhancements that members have asked for:
All the content that members used to access on the AAFP mobile app will be available on the mobile-friendly, fully responsive new website. As part of the transition, the app is no longer available for download. Although existing users may still be able to access some app features, it's no longer supported.
Two other mobile apps will continue to be supported: AAFP Events Connect in the iOS and Google Play app stores, and AAFP Audio in the iOS and Google Play app stores.
The new AAFP.org isn’t the only improvement we’re excited to show you.
Visit a refreshed AAFP CareerLink starting May 1 to find more career opportunities in an expanded network of employers, as well as an AI-powered cover letter generator and more filters for better matches. Existing profiles and CVs will automatically transfer, but users should set up fresh alerts and saved jobs on May 1. Any positions you have already applied for will not be interrupted by the change.
