An item in “Tips from Other Journals” entitled “Oral Therapy for the Treatment of Onychomycosis” (January 15, 2001, page 345) contained errors in the last two sentences. The correct sentences should read this way: “Continuous-dose terbinafine appears to be more effective than pulse-dose terbinafine. Intermittent dosing with either drug appears to be similar in efficacy.”
