Treatment	Dosage
Lactulose	15 to 30 mL orally two or three times per day
Magnesium hydroxide	30 to 60 mL orally at bedtime
Polyethylene glycol (Miralax)	One or more tablespoons dissolved in 4 to 8 oz of fluid orally per day
Senna with docusate	One to two tablets orally two to four times per day
