3 to 6 years: 2.5 to 3.75 mL (4.4 to 6.6 mg) or 0.5 tablet (4.3 mg) at bedtime; maximum of 7.5 mL or 1 tablet per day
7 to 12 years: 5 to 7.5 mL (8.8 to 13.2 mg) or 1 tablet (8.6 mg) at bedtime; maximum of 15 mL or 2 tablets per day
> 12 years: 10 to 15 mL (26.4 mg) or 2 tablets (17.2 mg) at bedtime; maximum of 30 mL or 4 tablets per day
