Incorrect testing information. “Acute Monoarthritis: Diagnosis in Adults” (June 2025, p. 497) incorrectly stated in Table 1 that certain diagnostic tests can rule out causes of psoriatic arthritis. The online version of the article has been corrected to include the diagnostic evaluation.
