  • 90472 Immunization administration, injection, each additional vaccine;

  • 90715 Tetanus, diphtheria toxoids and acellular pertussis vaccine (Tdap), age = 7 years, for intramuscular use.

Diagnosis codes linked to these services would be V04.81 for the influenza vaccination and V06.1 for the Tdap vaccination.
