    • Session 1: Active Listening
      This session focuses on creating a culture of belonging that enhances resident well-being and team dynamics. Participants engage with key wellness insights and develop actionable strategies to ensure all residents feel valued and connected.
    • Session 2: Values and Boundaries
      Attendees explore how to set boundaries that align with personal values and support resilience. This session provides tools to help participants make confident decisions and communicate their needs effectively.
    • Session 3: Burnout Basics
      Participants gain a practical understanding of burnout and learn evidence-based strategies to combat it. They develop personalized Health Improvement Plans to sustain well-being in both personal and professional settings.
    • Session 4: Team Planning 
      This session helps participants identify their unique strengths and apply them to create meaningful change in their workplace. Attendees explore self-assessment tools and change models to address challenges and build lasting improvements.
    • Session 5: Budgeting Basics
      The session provides a foundational understanding of financial planning, focusing on both short- and long-term security. Participants learn to set financial goals, navigate loan repayment, and negotiate contracts with confidence.
    • Session 6: Navigating Residency: Addressing Depression, Suicide, and Substance Use 
      This session addresses pressing issues such as depression, suicide, and substance use among medical professionals. Attendees explore national initiatives and gain tools to promote resilience and improve health for themselves and their peers.
