The CME provider or activity organizer is responsible for paying the event fee and the CME accreditation fee when completing the online application.
Cost for hotel meeting space, food, faculty, marketing opportunities, AV, travel, etc. is also the CME provider or activity organizer's responsibility.
When submitting the application to hold a satellite event, 100% of the administrative fee must accompany the application. Approval of event will not be granted without payment.
Note: AAFP CME accreditation, mailing lists, or other promotional services may not be obtained until the fee has been paid in full.
