All electrical, internet and rigging needed at your booth must be ordered through Music City Center. Log in to Music City Center.

Lead management
Maritz is the official lead management provider to order additional activations or services. Log in to Maritz.
Full payment is due June 1, 2026.
You have two options to pay:
- Through Exhibitor login.
- By check (make payable to AAFP) and send to:

The AAFP accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All past due balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application for 2026.
If full payment is not received by the deadline, your exhibit space may be released and any partial payment will be retained by the AAFP.

Please note: Aisles must be clear of all boxes, skids, crates, pallets, trash, materials, etc., by 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, to allow the official contractor to clean/vacuum for The Xchange Grand Opening.

Please note: Equipment (ladders, job boxes, carts, forklifts, etc.) may not be brought into the exposition hall until 30 minutes after the show closes, to allow attendees time to exit the hall.

Important reminder: For safety reasons, children under 18 are not allowed in the exhibit hall during installation or dismantling due to heavy equipment.
