What should I expect after I register for livestream?
You will receive an email from ON Services, our streaming provider, the day before the course begins, with the link to access the livestream and course resources which include access to PDFs of presentations. ON Services will also send reminder emails each day.
What are the system requirements for the livestream?

Note: Some corporate networks and internet service providers block video transmissions by use of a firewall. If you cannot see video clips (even though your system meets the system requirements), contact your network administrator to see whether a security firewall is blocking video transmission.
Will the live presentations be recorded?
Yes. You will have online access to the sessions approximately two weeks after the streaming course. You will have unlimited access to these sessions until December 1, 2021. These archive sessions will have CME credit and will be reported as enduring not live credit.
What if I want to cancel my livestream registration?
Standard AAFP live course cancellation policies still apply.
What if I'm not satisfied with the livestream experience?
