FUTURE is primarily about education, but leadership is an important skill to grow. Students and residents can make their voices heard at The National Congress of Family Medicine Residents (NCFMR) and the National Congress of Student Members (NCSM). These discussions can influence AAFP policy and programs for students and residents.
