Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF)

The Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) is a valuable development opportunity for chapter-elected leaders, aspiring leaders, and chapter staff. ACLF draws more than 200 attendees each year and features sessions created for physician leaders and chapter staff around priority issues in leadership development, policy advocacy, board governance, communications, diversity, equity and inclusion in family medicine, and membership. 

Who can participate?

ACLF is a great orientation for emerging leaders who serve, or who are interested in serving on chapter boards, as well as continuing development for established leaders and chapter staff. Chapter staff and leaders can participate in a variety of engaging sessions from leadership development, member engagement, policy advocacy, communications and much more!  

What can I expect from ACLF?

ACLF is two full days of sessions on a diverse range of topics. Participants are encouraged to make connections and share ideas, learn new strategies and techniques to succeed, and engage in important dialogue on priority issues.
